Delvin — Founder & Lead Engineer
CERIS was founded by Delvin, a software engineer and entrepreneur based in Batam with a passion for helping Indonesian businesses modernize their operations through technology. With hands-on experience in full-stack development, ERP implementation, and mobile application development, Delvin started CERIS to provide businesses of all sizes with enterprise-grade software solutions at accessible price points. Every project at CERIS receives direct founder involvement — no layers of account managers, just direct communication and accountable delivery.
